Restaurant Refurbishment & Commercial Fit-Out
Located in the very heart of the Stroud neighbourhood, this restaurant was purchased by a lovely family. At the outset, the property was in a very poor condition. As a listed historic building, it had been out of operation for a long time, with extensive deterioration to the wall finishes and timber structure. In less than 40 days, we completed the full refurbishment and brought the restaurant back to life. The owners were extremely pleased with the result, as it allowed them to begin trading immediately. It was especially rewarding to see Sarah’s customers already visiting and enjoying the space as soon as the renovation was finished.
